The learned advocate appearing for the applicant / accused submits that the applicant / accused is a married person having two daughters and there is nobody else to maintain the family of the applicant / accused. The learned advocate submits that the applicant / accused is falsely implicated in the crime in question as the prosecuting party was attempting to evict the applicant / accused and his family from the place of their residence. 19-BA-1972-2017.doc accused submits that the applicant / accused is behind bars since last one year and that the case is also committed to the court of Sessions and the same is ripe for hearing. The learned advocate, therefore, submits that, the trial of the applicant / accused be expedited and he is not pressing the instant application. The submissions, so advanced, are worth considering. In this view of the matter, the following order :
ORDER
i) The application is disposed of as withdrawn. ii) The learned trial court shall expedite the trial and the same be concluded within a period of six months from the date of communication of this order to it.
iii) Parties to co-operate with the learned trial court for disposal of the trial.
