Both the learned counsel for the parties submit that Exhibit 15 and Exhibit 16 Applications pending before the learned District Judge, Kalyan in Miscellaneous Application No. 32 of 2019 were heard and were reserved for orders. However, the orders are so far not pronounced. 3.

Learned District Judge, Kalyan is directed to pass orders on the said Applications within two weeks from today.

All contentions of the parties are kept open. 5.

Disposed of in the above terms. No costs.
