By this civil application, the applicants seek restoration of the second appeal which is dismissed in view of the conditional order passed by the Registrar (Judicial-II) by an order dated 10th February, 2015. Learned counsel appearing for the applicants states that the office objections will be removed within two weeks from today. The statement is accepted.

For the reasons recorded in the civil application, the civil application is made absolute in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b) on the condition that the applicants remove all the office objection within two weeks from today. It is made clear that no further extension would 1/2

9-cas1592-15 be granted. If all the office objections are not removed within two weeks from today, the order passed today to stand vacated and the order passed by the learned Registrar (Judicial-II) dated 10th February, 2015 to stand restored.

The civil application is accordingly disposed of in aforesaid terms.

Place the second appeal on board for admission on 22nd January, 2016.
