On 11th April, 2018, this Court (Coram : Mridula Bhatkar, J) had observed that the Second Appeal is filed in the year 2011 and was admitted on 24/12/2013. This court had directed that the second appeal be listed for final hearing on 1st October, 2018. However, since Civil Application for bringing legal heirs on record was not circulated and no effective orders were passed, second appeal could not be listed for final hearing. Talwalkar
