Learned APP informs that the officer is not present. 2.

Counsel for the complainant informs that the issue involves financial implication and there is settlement arrived at between the parties. It is further jointly informed by the counsel for the applicant and the respondent/complainant that they intend to file joint application for quashing before the Division Bench. 3.

In that view of the matter, in the event of arrest of the applicant in Crime No.57 of 2020 registered with Nayanagar Police Station, Thane Rural for the offence punishable under Sections 420 r/w 34 of IPC be released on bail on executing P. R. bond of Rs.15,000/- with one or more sureties in the like amount. BGP.

Applicant shall neither influence the witnesses in any other manner nor tamper with the evidence.

The above said protection would continue to operate for twelve weeks from today.

As the applicant intends to move for quashing, the above said protection is granted only for a period of twelve weeks. 7.
