This is an Application for modification/correction of Order dated 6th July, 2023.

It is stated that, in prayer clauses of Criminal Application (APL) No. 607 of 2023 the C.C. No. 9817/PW/2018 has been erroneously typed instead of C.C. No. 1895/PW/2018. That, due to inadvertent mistake committed by the Applicant in the pleadings and the prayer clauses of Criminal Application No. 607 of 2023, while disposing the said Application by an Order dated 6th July, 2023, the same mistake is crept in it and the Order refers to C.C. No. 9817/PW/2018 at all places. 1/2

Learned Advocate appearing for Respondent No.2 on instructions asserts that, the correct number of case is C.C. No. 1895/PW/2018.

Order dated 6th July, 2023 is accordingly corrected and corrected Order be uploaded on the official website of Bombay High Court. 4.

As the correction is now sought after passing of the Order, we direct the Applicant to effect necessary corrections in the pleadings and the prayer clauses of the Application No. 607 of 2023 forthwith and in any event during the course of the day.

In view of the above, Application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (A) & (B).
