Heard the Learned Advocates appearing for the parties. Following order is passed by consent.

(i) The Divorce Petition No.169 of 2016 filed by the Respondenthusband seeking dissolution of marriage between the Applicant and the Respondent which is pending before the Civil Judge Senior Division at Ratnagiri is transferred to the Family Court at Bandra, Mumbai.

(ii) The Civil Judge Senior Division at Ratnagiri is directed to transmit the papers and proceedings of Divorce Petition No.169 of 2016 to the Family Court at Bandra, Mumbai.

(iii) The parties or their Advocates shall appear before the Principal Judge, Family Court at Bandra, Mumbai on 10.08.2017 at 11.00 a.m. and obtain necessary directions/orders.

kpd 2 / 2 912-MCA-60-2017.sxw (iv) The Learned Judge, Family Court at Bandra, Mumbai, to whom the matter will be assigned by the Principal Judge, shall not grant any adjournment to the parties unless absolutely necessary, and shall endevour to dispose off the Divorce Petition No.169 of 2016 within a period of one year from the date of this order. (v) The parties too shall not seek any adjournment unless absolutely necessary.

The above Miscellaneous Civil Application No.60 of 2017 is accordingly disposed off.
