Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned APP for the State.

By order dated 12/04/2019, the applicant was permitted to furnish cash bail for the period of 10 weeks from the date of uploading of the order. It was further directed that during the said period of 10 weeks, the applicant is directed to comply with the procedure of furnishing of sureties.

The applicant in his application says he had some difoculty to furnish surety. The applicant did not comply 1/2

Darshan Patil 31-appp-1138-19.odt with the order and did not seek any extension to furnish surety. In the meantime, the trial Court issued a nonbailable warrant. Learned counsel for the applicant to take steps for cancellation of the non-bailable warrant. 4.

I have gone through the averments made in the application. Only by way of indulgence, as the question of the personal liberty of the applicant is involved and by way of last chance, I am inclined to extend the time to furnish the sureties and comply with the order dated 12/04/2019 passed by this Court, by a period of 10 weeks from today. 5.

To test the bonafides of the applicant, the applicant was directed to report on 24/01/2023 and 25/01/2023 by order dated 23/01/2023. The applicant has attended the Investigating Ofocer.

The application is therefore, is allowed in the aforesaid terms.
