This Interim Application is for amendment in the Writ Petition. 2.

In the Writ Petition, notice is yet to be received to the Respondents. Perusal of the Application would indicate that sufficient grounds are made out for permitting the Petitioner to carry out amendment in the Writ Petition.

In view thereof, Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (i). 4.

Necessary amendment to be carried out in the Petition within a period of three weeks from today and an amended copy of the Petition be served upon the learned Advocate for the contesting Respondents within the same stipulated period.
