The civil application is for condonation of delay in filing the revision application. The delay is of three years and seventy seven days. The main ground urged in support of the Applicant's explanation for this delay is that he was under arrest around the relevant time. A bail order produced by the Applicant along with the civil application does indicate that between 2016 and 2018, the Applicant was under arrest. He was granted bail finally on 10 December 2018. In the premises, the delay is condoned. Registry to number the civil revision application and place it on board for admission on 17 September 2019.
