None appears for the Petitioners. On last date i.e. on 4th October, 2023, following order was passed :- None for the Petitioners.

The Central Administrative Tribunal by the impugned order dated 17 April 2007 directed the Petitioner-Union of India to consider the case of Respondent No.1 for conferring temporary status and regularization against the regular Group-D post as per the provisions contained in D.O.P.T. Memorandum dated 10 September 1993. Action was directed to be taken within a period of two months.

Rule was issued in this petition by order dated 4 December 2008 passed by the Division Bench, however, interim relief was specifically refused by giving reasons. The learned counsel for Respondent No.1 states that, as per his instructions, the impugned order has not been complied

On the next date, the Petitioners will demonstrate as to why the petition should be heard on merits if the Petitioners not complied with the impugned order for last 16 years in spite of interim relief being specifically refused. 2.

Learned counsel for the Respondent No.1 is present and reiterates that impugned order is not complied with. No explanation is coming forth from the Petitioners. Neither the Petition is being attended to.
