The petition is fled for limited purpose that even the application for urgent listing of the matter is not being taken up before the NCLT, Mumbai Bench.

On the last date, we have heard Mr. Dhond, learned Senior Advocate for the petitioner and Mr. Andhyarujina, learned Counsel for the respondent No.1.

Now, it is submitted by the learned Advocate for the petitioner that, the main petition is listed before the NCLT on 3rd November 2022 along with other applications. Gaikwad RD 1/2

The petitioner has already moved the application for urgent listing of the matter.

Of course, the NCLT would be having its own list of priority matters. We would certainly not issue any direction to NCLT in that regard. Considering the urgency claimed by the petitioner, we may request the NCLT to consider the application of the petitioner for urgent listing along with all other applications if possible expeditiously. 6.
The writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
