The learned Advocate for the applicant prays for an order of continuation of ad-interim relief. When called upon to canvass the Civil Revision Application itself, he seeks an adjournment.

When called upon to state as to whether the copy of the application is served on the other side, the answer was in the affirmative and when called upon to furnish the details, the answer is, earlier in August, 2021 the application was served. 3.

On perusing the record and the order passed by my learned Brother dated 04/10/2021, it is apparent that there is no continuation of the interim order after 25/10/2021. M.M.Salgaonkar

2/2 11 IA-529-22.doc However, the matter was not listed on 25/10/2021 or even thereafter. As such, the interim order passed, in the interest of justice, can be continued for a period till respondent No.1 is served and for which the applicant would not be permitted to delay the proceedings any further.

I called upon the applicant as to whether the first respondent could be served through paper publication, in a newspaper having vide circulation. The learned Advocate agrees, on instructions, to have the notice published in Marathi Daily Newspaper 'Lokmat', Mumbai Edition. 5.

In view of the above, this application is disposed off. 6.

Office to issue notice to respondent No.1, returnable on 10/03/2022. The applicant shall have the notice published at her costs in Marathi Daily Newspaper 'Lokmat', Mumbai Edition, atleast seven days prior to the returnable date in this matter and the copy of the published notice shall be placed on record on or before 04/03/2022, failing which, the ad-interim protection shall stand vacated without reference to the Court on 05/03/2022.
