Heard learned counsel appearing for the Parties. This Court is not inclined to interfere in the impugned orders assailed in these petitions. However, limited protection to the Petitioner is granted till 11th September 2019 i.e. the next date of hearing before the Trial Court, so as to enable them to cause appearance before the said Court. Accordingly, it is ordered that, no coercive action be taken against the Petitioner till 11th September 2019. This order is passed to enable the Petitioner to cause appearance before the Trial Court. 2.

Needless to observe that, this Court has not expressed any opinion on contentions raised on merits in the proceedings pending before the Trial Court. It is for the Trial Court to take appropriate decision. With the above observations, writ petitions stand rejected. (S.S. SHINDE, J.) Bhagyawant
