The learned APP has submitted that in the present case, the prosecution has examined 17 witnesses to bring home the guilt of the accused. It is pertinent to note that 4 persons were killed by the accused persons. The learned Sessions Judge has applied his mind while rejecting the application for bail on 16th October 2019 which is apparent from the fact that although the Special Public Prosecutor has given no objection to release the applicant/ accused no.4 on bail, The learned Sessions Court has categorically observed that it is not possible by PALLAVI MAHENDRA WARGAONKAR Date:
