The learned counsel for the applicant vehemently submits that the applicant is in custody since 22.1.2016 and the earlier application was rejected on 19.10.2016. It is submitted that since charges have not been framed till today, the applicant deserves to be enlarged on bail. The applicant is being prosecuted for the offence punishable under Sections 302, 201 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code. 2.

The learned APP submits that the next scheduled date before the Sessions Court is 19.9.2017 for the purpose of framing of charge. The prosecuting agency shall keep the accused present before the Court on 19.9.2017 and charges to be framed in accordance with law. The learned
