Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that she has no instructions in the matter as the papers had been taken away by the Petitioner. She submits that subsequent to earlier hearing, a communication dated 10th January, 2024 was addressed by her to the Petitioner. She submits that the Petitioner contacted her on 15th January, 2024, however did not give any instructions and neither briefed her to appear in the matter. The communication dated 10th January, 2024, is taken on record.

In view of the above, it appears that the Petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the Petition. Petition stands dismissed for non prosecution.
