By the impugned order dated 30th July 2018, the Central Administrative Tribunal has observed that, at that stage, no interim relief is granted to the petitioner. Therefore, the prayer for interim relief is not finally disposed of. If there is any change in circumstances after 30th July 2018, the petitioner can always approach the Central Administrative Tribunal with appropriate prayer.
