2] The learned counsel Mr.Narvankar for respondent no.2 submits that in the order dated 26th September, 2016 passed by this Court on page (1) in paragraph (3)-line no.4 instead of "27th May, 2014", it should be 8th January, 2015". Said correction be done. Rest of the order remains as it is.

3] The learned counsel for the petitioner after taking instructions from his client makes a statement that they may be 1/2

OSK 902-wp-9192-2015.odt permitted to withdraw the present petition in view of pendency of RTS Revision Applicant No.29 of 2015 before the Divisional Commissioner, Pune Divison, Pune. He submits that the petitioner may be permitted to proceed with the said Revision Application No.29 of 2015 on its own merits. To that effect he has given in writing on Farad-Sheet. Same is taken on record and marked as "X" for identification. Same is accepted.
