The application for suspension of sentence and bail was opposed by learned APP and learned counsel for the complainant appointed by this Court contending that the accused was identified by the child witness.

Considering the short sentence of one year of rigorous imprisonment imposed by the trial Court and as the applicant had already undergone ten days of custody as a pre-trial offender, the sentence imposed by the trial Court is suspended during the pendency of this appeal. 1/2

The applicant be enlarged on same bail as before the trial Court with fresh bonds.
