We are inclined to dispose of the present Writ Petition in view of order passed by the Division Bench of this Court (Aurangabad Bench) dated 3 August 2015 in Writ Petition No.5293 of 2015 and another connected matter, as the submission is that the Petitioners' case is covered and governed in view of similar facts and circumstances. 2.

Therefore, following order is passed:

ORDER

The Petitioners shall, within three weeks from today, make a representation to the State with regard to the grants. The Petitioners shall submit all the necessary documents required Uday P. Kambli 1/2

On receipt of representation, the Respondent State/Authority shall take decision about the admissibility of grants to the Petitioners-institution expeditiously and preferably within a period of four months from the date of representation on its own merits, in accordance with law and policy.
