ORDER

(A) The Registry is directed to issue notice to Respondent Nos.2 to 6 returnable on 28/02/2020 if copies are supplied within time.

(B) In addition to the regular mode of service, the petitioner is permitted to serve Respondent Nos.2 to 6 by private notice along with entire proceedings either by Registered Post A.D. or by hand delivery and file Affidavit of service on or before 28/02/2020. (C) If copies are not supplied within time to the office for issuing notices to Respondent Nos.2 to 6, Writ Petition shall stands dismissed without referring back to the Court. (D) Matter to appear on board on 28/02/2020.
