Learned Counsel for the Petitioner seeks leave to withdraw this petition. He submits that the petitioner will file an appropriate application seeking intervention in the Revision Application filed by Mr.Mangesh Bhandarkar in the Sessions Court at Dindoshi. He requests that if an intervention application is filed in the said proceedings, the learned Sessions Judge be directed to consider the same, in accordance with law.

Needless to state, that if an application for intervention is filed in the Revision Application filed by Mr.Mangesh Bhandarkar, the learned Sessions Judge shall decide the same on its own merits, in accordance with law.

Since there is an interim relief staying the impugned order, in the Revision Application filed by Mr.Mangesh Bhandarkar, it is not necessary to continue the interim relief granted in this petition. Hearing of the Revision Application is expedited.

Accordingly, the petition is disposed of as withdrawn. 5.
All contentions of all the parties are kept open. 6.
