Heard learned counsel for the Parties.

The Appellate Court stayed the eviction decree passed in RAE Suit No.92 of 2011 subject to Petitioners' depositing interim compensation of Rs.3,000/- towards use and occupation of the Suit Premises and continue to deposit it till disposal of the appeal. Petitioners/Appellants sought review of th June, 2022 below Exhibit 12. The the said order dated 16 th learned Appellate Court rejected the same vide order dated 25 July, 2022.
