The First Appeal was already admitted. In view of the submissions and for the reasons mentioned in the Civil Application, the delay in filing the Civil Application is condoned. The order of dismissal dated 20.11.2015 is recalled and the First Appeal is restored to file. The appellant is allowed to file the paperbook in the Registry.
