Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was appointed as a part-time Assistant Teacher on 13th September, 2010. He was upgraded as full-time Assistant Teacher on 1st January, 2021. The proposal is submitted by the Management seeking approval to the upgradation of the petitioner on 8th February, 2021, the same is not yet decided.

Learned AGP accepts notice for respondent nos. 1 to 5. 3.

In case the proposal seeking approval to the up-gradation of the petitioner (page no. 32) is pending with respondent no. 5, then respondent no. 5 shall decide the same on its own merits and in accordance with law and policy, expeditiously, preferably within four months from the date of communication of present order.

In case of up-gradation of the post, the provision of Pavitra Portal would not apply.

Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
