1] This is an application for condonaion of delay of one year and fiftyeight days in filing application for leave to file appeal. 2] The respondent No.1 is duly served and is being represented by an Advocate. Despite service, none appears for the respondent No.1. 3] For the reasons stated in the application, the delay is condoned subject to condition that the applicant shall pay the cost of Rs.20,000/ to the High Court Legal Aid Committee within a period of three weeks from today.
It is made clear that, the payment of cost shall be condition precedent for condonation of delay.
