In the order dated 4 September 2017, the name of the Application is wrongly typed as Suresh Shankar Kharvi. The same be read as Manoj Shankar Kharvi. The order dated 4 September 2017 be corrected accordingly.

The grievance of the Applicant appears to be bonafide. In these circumstances, we modify clause (i) of the order dated 14 March 2017 and reduce the amount of Rs.25,000/- to Rs.10,000/-. Rest of the conditions of the bail as stated in the order dated 14 March 2017 are maintained. 4.
