Learned counsel for the petitioner states the FIR bearing C.R.No.104 of 2015 was registered with MRA Marg Police Station, however, inadvertently in the petition, it has been mentioned that the said FIR is registered with R.A.K. Marg Police Station. He, accordingly, seeks leave to amend the petition so as to correct the name of the police station. Leave as prayed for, is granted. Necessary amendment be carried out within a period of one week from today. 2.
The criminal application is, accordingly, allowed in terms of prayer clause (b) and is disposed of as such. Shubhada S Kadam 1/2

Accordingly, in paragraph No.3 of the order dated 14th August, 2015 passed in criminal writ petition No.2964 of 2015, the C.R. Number be substituted and read as "C.R.No.104 of 2015" and the police station be substituted and read as "MRA Marg Police Station".
