This is an application through jail, wherein the applicant has prayed that the following cases be expedited and be made time bound :- i) C.R.No.256 of 1999 registered with L.T.Marg Police Station. ii) C.R.No.227 of 2009 registered with Azad Maidan Police Station. iii) C.R.No.147 of 2010 registered with Powai Police Station. 2.

Learned APP submitted that there are several cases pending against the applicants apart from the aforesaid cases. He however

Perused the application. Considering that the cases are of 1999, 2009 and 2010, the trial of the applicant is expedited. The learned Judges are requested to dispose of the aforesaid cases, as expeditiously as possible.

Registry to communicate the aforesaid order to the learned Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Esplanade Court, where C.R.No.256 of 1999 and C.R.No.227 of 2009 are pending and to the learned Metropolitan Magistrate, 66th Court, Andheri (East), where C.R.No.147 of 2010 is pending.

Registry to communicate the aforesaid order to the applicant, who is lodged in Taloja Central Prison.

The Application is accordingly disposed of.
