This is an application for anticipatory bail in connection with C.R. Arjun M.

2021.02.26 20:42:08 +0530 No.137 of 2019 registered with L.T. Marg Police Station for the offence punishable under Section 409 of the Indian Penal Code. 2.

On 09th September 2019, the consent terms executed between the parties were tendered. The cheques were issued in accordance with the consent terms. The applicant had undertaken to pay the total sum of Rs. 87,00,000/-. The cheque for the sum of Rs. 4,50,000/- was handed over by the applicant to Respondent No.2. Post dated cheques were given as per the schedule stipulated in the consent terms. The same are dishonoured. Applicant paid second installment of Rs.5,50,000/-. The applicant then paid Rs.4,98,000/-. However, balance amount has not been paid. Time was granted

This application was heard on 09th February 2020. It was recorded that the cheques were issued in accordance with. Consent terms were dishonoured. Learned counsel for the applicant sought time to take appropriate instructions. Learned counsel submitted that no instructions are received from the applicant. In these circumstances, the application deserves to be rejected. Hence, the following order:-
