Heard learned Counsel for the parties.

By this application, the applicant seeks Transit Bail for a period of three weeks to approach Thalaghattapura Police Station, Subramanypura Sub Division, Bengaluru City, Bengaluru, Karnataka, in connection with FIR No.228 of 2017, registered with the aforesaid Police Station, for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 406, 420 r/w 34 of the1 Indian Penal Code.

Learned Counsel for the applicant submits that the dispute if any, between the parties, is of civil nature. He submitted that the applicant be granted three weeks transit bail to approach the appropriate Court, to enable the applicant to file an appropriate application seeking pre-arrest bail.

In the peculiar facts of this case, the application is allowed on the following terms and conditions:-

ORDER

i) In the event of the applicant's arrest in connection with FIR No.228 of 2017, registered with the Thalaghattapura Police Station, Subramanypura Sub Division, Bengaluru City, Bengaluru, Karnataka, the applicant be enlarged on transit bail, for a period of three weeks from today, on executing P.R. Bond in the sum of Rs.15,000/- with one or two sureties in the like amount;

ii) During this period, the applicant shall approach the appropriate Court and seek necessary orders.

It is made clear, that this application has not been considered on merits.

The Application is accordingly disposed of.
