The learned advocate for the petitioners, on instructions, submits that on 23rd March 2023, notices have been issued as per the order of this Court passed in the writ petitions and hearing has also been accorded.

Since the process has already been commenced as per the order of this Court, at present, we are not inclined to take further action on contempt. If the order of this Court is not fully complied with, the petitioners are at liberty to file fresh contempt petition/s 3.

With the aforesaid observations, the contempt petitions are disposed of.
