This Civil Application is for restoration of the Appeal from Order against respondents no.1 to 7. The Appeal from Order was dismissed against them for non-service. Mr. Dhavale, learned Advocate appearing for the applicant states that, the contesting parties are infact respondents no.8 and 9. Perusal of the application before the trial Court, shows that the interim relief sought by the applicant is only against respondent no.9. In that circumstance, for the sake of completion of the proceedings, the Civil Application is allowed in terms of paras-(a) and (b). The applicant to complete service of notice of Appeal from Order within a period of 6 weeks from today. If no steps are taken within the time granted, the Appeal from Order shall stand dismissed against respondents no.1 to 7 without any reference to the Court.
