This is an application for relaxation of Condition No.(iii) imposed upon the applicant while releasing him on bail by this Court by an Order dated 25.06.2015.

By the said condition, the applicant is directed to report to the concerned police station on 1st Sunday of each month, till the conclusion of trial.

Learned Counsel for the applicant submitted that, since the date of his Aarti Palkar 1/2

12.APPP.733.16.doc release from jail, the applicant is sincerely complying with the said condition. He further submitted that, the applicant has now got employment in the State of Madhya Pradesh and it is difficult for him to attend the said police station on every 1st Sunday of each month. 3.

In view of the above and for the reasons stated in the application, the said condition is hereby relaxed and the applicant is directed to report to the concerned police station once in three months on 1st Sunday of the said month till the conclusion of trial.
