By this Petition, the Petitioner seeks expeditious disposal of the Criminal Revision Application No.345 of 2016 which is pending on the file of the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Mumbai.

Perused the papers. The Applicant is the original complainant who has filed a private complaint as against the respondents No.1 to 7 for the alleged offences punishable under

8-wp-4020-2019.odt sections 143, 147, 149, 341, 506 (2)323, 504 r/w section 34 of the Indian Penal Code. The learned Metropolitan Magistrate vide order dated 4th October, 2016 issued process as against the Respondents No.1 to 7 for the said offences. The said order issuing process was challenged by the Respondents No.1 to 7 before the learned Additional Sessions Judge in 2016. The Applicant has annexed Roznama to show that the the Respondents No.1 to 7 are seeking adjournment before the learned Sessions Judge and, as a result of which, the Revision Application could not be heard.

The order issuing process is of the year 2016. Revision Application challenging the order of issuing process is also of the year 2016.

Considering the aforesaid, the Application is allowed and the learned Additional Sessions Judge before whom the Revision Application is pending, to decide the same as expeditiously as possible and in any event, within four months from the date of receipt of this order.

The Writ Petition is disposed of.
