At the outset, learned counsel for the Petitioners seeks leave to amend the cause title of the petition. Leave granted. Amendment to be carried out within one week.

Learned counsel for the Petitioners states that the aforesaid petition is rendered infructuous and as such on instructions seeks leave to withdraw the petition. He, however seeks liberty to make a representation to the Respondent No. 2- Western India Football Association (WIFA) with a copy to the All India Football Federation, with respect to the tournament, which is to be held in the first week of May, 2022. If such a representation is made, the Respondent No.2-WIFA to consider the same as expeditiously as 21st April 2022
