1) In pursuance of an Order dated 20/1/2016, the concerned Magistrate has submitted a report dated 2/2/2016. In the said report, the concerned Magistrate has in detail given the reasons for pendency of the said trial arising out of C.C. No. 5133000/SS/2008. It is also stated that the complainant who is being represented by the power of attorney holder were also absent on some occasions. The said report dated 2/2/2016 is accepted.
