This is an application for refund of interim cash bail deposited by the applicant with Powai Police Station in pursuance of the Order dated 07.05.2015 passed by this Court in Criminal Bail Application No.937 of 2015.

Learned Counsel for the applicant submitted that, the applicant has surrendered to the Jail Authority on the stipulated date and did not violate any condition imposed upon him by the said order. Aarti Palkar 1/2

In view of the above and for the reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a). The concerned police station is directed to refund the said amount to the applicant by RTGS or by way of Demand Draft. 4.
