He seeks continuation of ad-interim relief granted on 14th August 2018. The said prayer is opposed by the learned counsel for the respondents.

The request made by the learned counsel for the petitioners deserves to be accepted. Accordingly, we dispose of the petition as withdrawn with liberty as prayed.

We make it clear that all issues in the review petition are kept open and it is for the Tribunal to

Ad-interim relief granted on 14th August 2018 is extended by a period of five weeks from today to enable the petitioner to file the review petition and to pray for appropriate interim relief therein. The prayer for grant of interim relief in the review petition and the review petition will be considered on its own merits without being influenced by grant of ad-interim relief by this Court and the continuation thereof by this Court.
