A copy of the consent Affidavit executed between the Petitioner and Respondent is placed on record. By that Affidavit, the Respondent confirms having received the amount of compensation inlieu of relief of reinstatement and 50% backwages. A copy of the consent Affidavit is taken on record and marked 'X' for identification. In view of acceptance

Neeta Sawant 2/2 908-WP-7802-2018.doc of lumpsum compensation by the Respondent, the Order dated 18 June 2012 is modified to the extent that the Respondent shall be entitled to only lumpsum compensation as received by him as per the consent Affidavit in place of reinstatement and 50% backwages.
