By the above Writ Petition, the Petitioner seeks the following relief : "(a) That Hon'ble Court be pleased to issue a Writ of mandamus or any other writ or order or direction against the Respondent No.1 directing the Respondent No.1 to consider the application (Annexure A-1 to A14 of this Petition) of the Petitioners and transfer the property card in the name of Petitioners."

We therefore direct Respondent No.1 to consider the Applications (Annexures A1 to A14 of the Petition) and pass appropriate orders within a period of eight weeks from today, in accordance with law.

Before passing the order, hearing shall be given to the Petitioner, Respondent No.1 and the other concerned parties, if any.
