Heard the learned Counsel for the applicant and the learned APP for the State.

By an order dated 19th August, 2023, this Court was persuaded to grant interim protection after ascribing reasons. 3.
The learned APP, on instructions, submits that the applicant has appeared before the Investigating Officer and cooperated with the investigation. However, the applicant be directed to further appear before the Investigating Officer. 4.
As this Court has recorded a prima facie view that there is no active involvement of the applicant in the alleged offence 1/2
64-ABA2294-2023.DOC and the applicant is cooperating with the investigation, I am impelled to make the order of interim bail absolute. 5.
Hence, the following order:
: O R D E R :
(i) Order of interim bail dated 19th August, 2023 is made absolute on the terms and conditions incorporated therein.
(ii) The applicant shall appear before the Investigating Officer on 12th 13th and 16th October, 2023 in between 10.00 am. to 1.00 pm. and thereafter as and when directed.
(iii) The applicant shall regularly attend the proceedings before the jurisdictional Court Application stands disposed.
