Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file appeal from order.

This Court vide order dated 11th August 2023 had passed adinterim order directing respondent no.1 not to take coercive action pursuant to the notice issued under section 351 of the MMC Act, 1888. Considering that the appeal lies against the impugned order, the petitioner is permitted to withdraw the petition with liberty to file an appeal from order.

Considering that this Court has observed that the notice which was issued by the Corporation under section 351 of the MMC Act, 1888 was in respect of the kitchen and WC, the ad-interim relief granted by this Court is extended by one week from today. 4.
