We have perused this petition and the Annexures thereto. We have found from a perusal of the said petition and all the annexures thereto that the charge sheet was filed on 7th October, 2014. Thus, the order passed on 21st October, 2016 admitting the petition and granting ad-interim protection against filing of the charge-sheet really did not serve any purpose. We have found from a reading of the FIR that the investigations are now complete and even the charge sheet is filed.
