Mr. Shinde attached to Khandeshwar Police Station, Navi Mumbai submitted that, after completion of investigation of the present crime, police have filed chargesheet on 04th September 2020 in the Court of J.M.F.C., Panvel and the same has been numbered as R.C.C.No.913/2018. 2) In view thereof, learned Advocate for the Applicants on instructions seeks leave to withdraw the Application with liberty to file an Application for discharge, if charge is not framed till today or to contest the said case before the trial Court.
