The applicant is 85 year old. It is stated that she was under impression that the appeal was pending in this Court. It is only in the second week of September 2011 she came to know about the dismissal of the appeal.

Therefore, taking in to consideration the reasons stated in the above Civil Application. Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (A) and (B).

The appellant is permitted to reconstruct the papers of First Appeal (Stamp) No.3651 of 2003.
