On 24th August 2018, time was granted to the Advocate for the petitioner. Today, none appears for the petitioner.

The challenge in this petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India is to the order dated 31st May 2016 passed by the Survey Officer under the provisions of the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code,1966. An efficatious statutory remedy is available under the said Code to challenge the impugned order. By keeping the remedy open, we dispose of the Writ Petition.
