1) This is an application seeking cancellation of bail granted in favour of the respondents by Additional Sessions Judge vide order dated 29/06/2015. The learned APP, upon instructions submits that in the present case, charge has been framed.

2) The learned Sessions Judge while granting bail had considered the fact that there was free fight between Godse and Patole groups on account of dancing in the marriage procession and that there are cross cases against each other. The learned Sessions Judge has recorded justifiable reasons for granting bail. No interference is called for at this stage, especially after charge is framed.
