Learned Counsel for parties submit that in view of the law laid down by the Division Bench of this Court on 23rd March, 2017 in Writ Petition No.60 of 2016 (Mrs Vidya Shivaji Kumbhar Vs State of Maharashtra & Ors.) and other connected Writ Petitions, this Writ Petition also deserves to be disposed off.

Having gone through the aforesaid decision passed by the Division Bench of this Court, we find that the question that was involved in those Petitions and the present Petition are same, except that no show cause notice was issued in those Petitions, whereas in this Petition show cause notice was issued. Even then, in view of the law laid down by this Court in yet another case i.e. Satpute Vidya Machindra Vs State of Maharashtra & Ors. (Writ Petition No.3811 Pg 1 of 2

903.wp.1612.2017.doc of 2013) referred in the case of Mrs Vidya Shivaji Kumbhar (supra), in our considered view, the Petition deserves to be disposed of on the same terms as per Mrs Vidya Shivaji Kumbhar Vs State of Maharashtra & Ors.(supra). The Petition is disposed of accordingly. The directions contained in the said order referred to above shall apply with full force to the present Petition also. There shall be no order as to costs.
